Storyboard Text

  • Set The Scene
  • Need Recognition
  • Hmm... These look good, but they don't have enough trunk space.
  • Information Search
  • This is James. James is in need of a new car that will get him through winter. He wants to look online to see what his local dealers have.
  • Evaluation Alternatives
  • James went home and looked online for a car. He wants one with a good trunk space for his dog. He is looking for a hatchback so that his dog isn't secluded from him. He also needs something that will get him through the winter and has good tires.
  • Purchase
  • James decided to go look in person. He looked for cars with AWD and good tires, and from there he looked for hatchbacks with AWD, and lowered his search down to 3 choices. From there he looked for color options in the 3 cars. He wanted a dark blue or a black car.
  • Post-Purchase Behavior
  • On the way to the dealership, James contemplated different cars that he could look into. He though about SUV's but they were expensive.
  • James ended up buying a red car with AWD, a hatchback, and good mileage as a bonus. James was happy with his purchase of the car and is glad he bought it.
  • James liked his car so much that he decided to tell his friends about how good it was.
