- James Gats was a poor 17 year old who always dreamt of being rich. He didn't like the fact that's his parents are really poor farmers. James had the ambition to get successful and not become like his family.
- I hate this life. I want to become like one of those rich men.
- James Gats met Dan Cody who was a wealthy man. He met him on the bay named "Lake Superior "on his yacht. James was warn him about the storm coming ahead. But instead they both got to know each other. When Cody asked for his name James changed his name to Jay Gatsby. Cody liked his company so he asked him to join with him and Jay agreed quickly leaving his old life behind.
- My name is Dan Cody. Do you want to come with me?
- Hi my name is Jay Gatsby
- Tom and Daisy decided to go to the party that Gatsby invited them to. Tom didn't really like how the party was so he was rude the whole entire night. He then decides him and daisy would leave after a couple of hours. Tom saw Nick while waiting for his car and asked who was he and asked how he got all of this money.
- Who is this Gatsby guy?
- Did someone tell you that?
- After Gatsby was finally able to talk to Nick, he asked him to go to the guest room. Nick agreed and waited for him. Gatsby went on and on about Daisy not enjoying the party at all, he then told him how he wants to recreate the past he has with Daisy but Nick disagree with him.
- Daisy didn't have a good time at all. I just need to recreate the past once again for her to get me.
- You can't recreate the past if one of them already moved on.
- Gatsby had a flashback where him and Daisy where talking in-front of her house that one day when she is finally free from her family they would get married. But that when she really understood him the most. Now Daisy changed and she no longer understood him.
- When your free from your family doing's let go back to Louisville and get married.
- Five years ago Daisy and Gatsby was walking down a street where leaves where falling on them, they decided to go somewhere where the leaves wasn't falling. Gatsby looked at Daisy and fell more in love with her. He kissed like she was a flower that blossomed. It was a moment Gatsby would always remember.
