Stuff reasons hurry up!!!
Silent bartering was a simple and effective way to trade things without having to have face to face contact with the other traders invented by Ghana's king. We didn't do this just because we didn't want them to know were our mines were, another reason is that we didn't speak the same language as them. We would lay our item by a designated spot, sometimes even marking it with a price, and than they would give us the appropriate amount of their good and than leave.
4 ounces of salt.
We would go to the area and leave our items their while taking their items.
4 ounces of gold
