this is how bills are made
for a bill to become a law it must first go to Congresses and be discussed about it in comity by Congresses men
now the bill goes to the house of repetitiveness and they vote yes or no
if the bill get voted yes by most of the repetitiveness it goes to the senate the they vote again
after all the voting is done the bill goes to the president and the persident says yes its a law but if he says no then it get veto
a veto is when the president says no to a bill and it has to be sent back to Congresses
what is a veto
