- Mr. Falcone we have a clear probable cause for this arrest and you are now being charged with first degree murder?

- Mr.Falcone we will agree to ignore some of your more overwhelming crimes if you agree to plead guilty to these said charges, Drug dealing, second and third degree murder, stealing from a federal court, over 100 million dollars worth of property to Gotham City

- The defendant is a crime boss, and he has a lot of helpers and henchmen so he doesn't actually murder anyone. That being said one of his known henchmen was the murderer and we saw him on the red light cameras and his fingerprints were on the dead body.
