- In paleolithic times, people were hunter gatherers. they hunted for animals with weapons like spears, since they didn't have much technology. They gathered fruit in the wild since they couldn't grow it on their own. They traveled in small groups finding food, temporary shelters like caves, and living their lives in the paleolithic age.
- People also domesticated wheat! It provided a stable food supply that could feed all the people who took care of it.

- Since they were staying in one place and farming, they also built permanent shelters to live in because they weren't moving around hunting! In addition to this they were able to have more children and a growing population because it was easier to manage a child when you were farming wheat in a field than running around hunting!
