I have to go through lots of obstacles in order to get my gold across The Sahara.
My camel is fine however because it can drink lots of water at a time, taking away the need to stop and drink often.
First of all, there is very little moisture, which makes it cost a lot of water to get across.
I could pass out or get heat stroke if it's too severe.
The extreme heat also makes it dangerous for me to go.
Storms also threaten my safely because I could get lost in the sand and run out of supplies.
Now that I've reached my trading stop, you can see that a salt trader has left slabs of salt on the side of this river. Since we don't speak the same language, we will trade without talking.
Now that I've left a fair amount of salt in exchange for the gold, I'll be on my way to trade with other people.
