  • You’ll be surprised how quickly their attitude changes when you do not retaliate their behaviour. Most of the time they are taken back and become unsure of how to respond because they did not expect you to respond in a compassionate way, and this makes them reflect on their action
  • I work casually to stay updated with the latest evidence-based practice, maintain my clinical skills and to monitor the frantically progressing hospital industry so I can understand what my colleagues go through when they raise concerns or suggestions to me
