Spoiler Alert! The milk has been in the fridge for three weeks.
Since I left the milk in the fridge for 3 weeks it has gotten bacteria in it. The way milk gets spoiled is by bacterial fermentation or acid.
I knew I shouldn't of left the milk in the fridge for that long! All I wanted to do was make some coffee. Ugh, what an udder mistake.
Wow this cake looks and smells delicious! I can't believe how much this cake has changed.
This must be a chemical change, because when I put it in the oven it was like a liquid but when I took it out it was a solid. This is because the heat helps the baking powder make tiny gas bubbles, which makes the cake light and fluffy.
Other than that all I want to say is that I'm ready to celebrate my birthday, and eat this delicious cake.
