  • The role of the greenhouse gases are trapping the heat in the earth's atmosphere. Some of the sunlight goes back into space.
  • The greenhouse gases are carbon dioxide, methane, and watervapor. They are found in the atmosphere
  • The increase happens in those gases due to buring of fossil fuels like coal, oil, and natural gas.
  • When vehicles run they release smoke which increases the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere
  • Another cause is smoke coming out of chimneys. Which is called smog.
  • Another cause for the increase is burning down trees.
  • Smog is fog and smoke combined and other nasty pollutants.
  • How we prevent the increase in the gases we recycle, plant trees, turn the lights off, replace light bulbs, etc.
