THIS IS OUR LAND!!
After hours of negotiation, the soldiers relocated the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek and Seminole to territory west of the Mississippi river. However the trip to the reservation was not a fun or safe one. Over 4,000 Cherokee, 3,000 Seminole (during the second Seminole war) and any where from 2,500 to 6,000 Choctaw died on the way to the reservation. This is why it's known as the Trail of Tears
Those native american tribes are located in modern day Oklahoma. The reolaction of the native americans was a very selfish of the americans at the time and is looked back as a unproud moment in American History.
