In this act and scene macbeth goes to battle and on his way home he runs into the three witches. they give him a prophacy where he sees his old enemy banquo who he had murdered . all this guilt build up and drove him crazy. he later kills the king and tries to get leadership. while this is happening macduff went to scotland and was approuched by a man who was telling him about how he needs to return home before things get worse.

The theme of this act has been about him going dalusional and then changes when macduff goes to scotland and then it continues back up when macbeth kills the king.
