As the doctor is going to bed the doctor says a line from Act 5 scene 1 lines 65-67, what the doctor is saying is that make sure Lady Macbeth gets a good night sleep, and that don't keep eyes on her.
In line 8 in Act 5 scene 1, the tone starts to developed. The meaning in that line is that acting awake while you are sleeping. When lady Macbeth was sleeping she was panicky and being anxious because of what happened with Macbeth.
