In this phrase i believe he is saying not to let anyone see his dark sinister desires which I relate to him finding out that he would be king and that the only way for that to happen would be for him to kill the king. I found this as the first piece of passage that mentions the desire to kill or be evil.

The tone that I chose was sinister or wicked. Words or phrases that contribute to this tone would be unsex, direst cruelty, remorse, and make thick my blood. In this passage its saying how shes calling upon demons or evil spirits to take all of the feminine weakness out of her, and to fill her up quickly with the cruelty she will need to kill and not to let her feel emotional or remorse for things in which she is about to do..
The literal definition of illness is a disease or period of sickness, but in this context I believe it is representing wickedness or sinister acts, because no wife literally wants their husband or spouse to be ill fallen, but instead she wants her husband to be sinister or evil
