  • Slaves were transported across the atlantic in ships with 2-4 feet of room below deck and usually had to live in their diseases, fecal matter, and blood

  • Slaves were stolen from their homes and walked on a caravan to be transported across the atlantic. This usually destroyed their way of living

  • Slaves often worked on plantations harvesting main sources of tabaco, sugar, crops, and cattle. They worked in fields and could be whipped by a special tool with cut rubber to make the hits worse

  • The triangular trade consisted of trading through the atlantic. Africa gave Slaves to America. America gave plants they grew, and Europe distributed them to grow their colonies.
  • These supplies will give us a lot of money
  • Slaves after walking in caravans stayed multiple days in prisons on the coast waiting to be shipped across the atlantic
  • What's going to happen to us?
  • As slaves were crossing in the middle passage, they were kept below deck in 3-4 feet of head room often laying others or their own filth between each others legs
