- I have an idea for a bill that will help make life a lot easier for ATV riders…
- I believe the bill is ready to face the committee and I think they will pass it.

- A representative in the House had an idea for a bill that included making ATVs legal on secondary roads with speed limits 45mph or under.
- Oh man my bill is one step closer to getting passed!

- After taking a while to think about what ATV riders have to go through like having to load them up to take a five minute drive then unload them to hit different trails he decided that he was ready to present his bill to the committee for revision and passing.

- The representative introduced the bill to the committee and helped them understand why it would be a good idea for them to pass it. For example he mentioned how hard it has been for the ATV riders. He also mentioned how it would help the economy because the ATV riders would buy gas that would help gas stations and if they broke down it would help mechanics keep business. The committee revised and passed the bill to the House of Representatives.

- The committees sent the bill to the House of Representatives and after approval from the Speaker they took a vote on if they shall pass the bill on to the Senate
- Now the bill has been sent to the Senate to take a a vote and if it passes that means that it has been passed by both Houses of Congress. Then the next step after that is to be sent to the president.
- The bill has been sent to the president so he either has the option to sign the bill to make it a law or veto the bill.
