That's actually not wrong, the cafeteria is unkempt. The relationship between cleanliness is justifiably important within an individuals decision making process if it is deterring people from using the cafeteria's basic purpose.
A small number of people use the cafeteria, and even in those cases they don't feel like its hygienic to eat there.

Yeah yeah.. we're all learning not to make assumptions about people hooray! But we're getting side tracked. How can we improve our plan to make the cafeteria more a) clean and b) inviting to the general student population

Quantifiable improvement at northern can be measured in how well we use our cafeteria, or how efficiently we use it. We are currently wasting a valuable and dynamic resource that we can improve for everyone, with collaboration.
