- Hello class, today we are going to talk about climate change and global warming and how it is affecting us
- What is global warming? global warming is when the earth changes temperature which can be catastrophic causing floodings because of the polar ice caps melting and causeing forests to become dry because of the lack of water which leads me to the Australian bushfirs/forestfires.
- Global warming & Climate change are a big problem now a days and we are only really just starting to be impacted by it which is why we need to act in order to stop it. So what is climate change? Climate change is when a certain area or region changes in mostly negative ways like flooding, forest fires, etc..
- 3 billion animals were either killed or harmed during the event, destroyed over 2800 homes and 5900 buildings, killed 34 and 416 more people later due to smoke inhalation. we should take this as a warning and begin to act now YOU can make a difference how you may ask?
- The Australian wildfires were caused by global warming because of the fact that the forest was super dry and as soon as a lighting storm came around it set the forest on fire which impacted millions of people and caused catastrophic problems which include:
- Well the truth is its you can make a difference you can start by doing the basics like spreading awareness this issue and what to do like reduce using gas powered vehicles and to stop wasting food and resources
- In-fact you guys should do research on this topic and maybe even get one of many jobs to prevent this issue the big one that I'm following is Tesla and there Giga-factories basically there huge factory's at can power huge cities from just electricity without using a single quart of oil or gas.
- Tesla also is a huge car company that specialises in electric vehicles which are getting cheaper and cheaper by the year.
