  • This is the Persian War. The Persian War took place in Ancient Greece. The person who started the Persian War is Darius, the leader of Persia. The war started because Persia wanted to conquer Greece.
  • This is the Battle of Marathon. The people that were in the battle were the Greeks were at battle against the Persians.  The Greeks won the battle. The greeks won the battle by having great weapons. 
  • This is the Battle of Thermopylae. The people that were in the battle were the Spartans v. Persians. The country that won the battle was Persia. They considered the battle was a success because they won. 
  • This is the battle of Salamis. The people that were in it was Athens v. Persia. The Greeks won the battle. The greeks won by their spears. 
  • This is the battle of Plataea. The people that were in it was the Greeks v. the Persians. The Greeks won the battle. The Greeks won the battle by having spears that they can use more than once. 
  • This is the end of the Persian war. What happened to Greece after the Persian war was that Darius then began to plan to completely conquer Greece
