Hello I am a plain indian also known as the buffalo people.I live in the very south of the Interior Plains and the Western Mountain Region
Well as you can see I got suited up for the hunt with buffalo skin from last months hunt use plains indians use all the buffalo even the tongue! wich we use for a hair brush we use the cliffs and the flat land to scare the buffalo and have them run of the cliff
As yo can see I am picking corn so we can trade it for other goods we also believe in god called Wakan Tanka. Which is the god of great mystery we all animals, plants, trees, stones and clouds possessed spirits and that the Earth was the mother of all these spirits, and that they each could be prayed to.
A tradition we also have is a thing called the sun dance we do this to pray to all the spirits the sun dance lasts for a day
Oh sorry I forgot to tell you one more thing we follow the buffalo because they bring use to more food sources and they are mostly all we eat they help use find berry and corn.
