"You Capulet and Montagues need to start getting along and stop fighting."
Hello! I'm Romeo
Oh my gosh! She is gorgeous!
Wa wa wa! I can't believe my cousin, Tybalt, is dead.
Time to get up for your wedding!
In the story Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, there are two sides, the Montagues and the Capulets. They disrupt the small town of Verona, France.
Oh No! She's dead!
In the exposition of the story, we learn about the setting and the characters. Setting: Verona, Italy Characters: Montague Family Capulet Family Romeo, Benvolio, Juliet, Nanny, Samson Lord and Lady Montague Tybalt, Lord and Lady Capulet
I can't believe she is actually dead.
Romeo had a crush on Rosalina. Then, Romeo went to a party and saw Juliet and had a crush on her. Romeo and Juliet then got married. Then Romeo killed Tybalt for revenge after Tybalt killed Mercutio. After Tybalt died Juliet was very depressed.
Oh my gosh! I can't believe that she actually died on her wedding day. And now her husband is dead with her in the same tomb.
After Juliet was depressed Juliet's parents wanted her to marry Paris. Juliet did not want to do this because she wanted to be loyal to her husband, Romeo. So instead of going to the wedding, Juliet got a drug that would make her look like she was dead. The next day when Lady Capulet came to wake her up for the wedding, Lady Capulet thought that Juliet was dead.
After Lady Capulet thought that Juliet was dead she informed Romeo. Romeo then was informed that he was supposed to get a letter stating that Juliet was not truly dead. Romeo went to get an axe to open the tomb. He got the axe and went to the burial site where he opened the tomb and found Juliet-- "dead".
Lastly, Romeo wanted to drink poison so that he would die with Juliet. He drank poison and died right on top of Juliet. When Romeo was dead on top of Juliet, she woke up. It turned out that she wasn't dead so she woke up and saw Romeo dead. Juliet was so upset so she stabbed herself and they were both dead in the same tomb together.
