Storyboard Text

  • Jane Goodall was born April 3, 1934 London, England and went to school at University of Cambridge (1965), Darwin College, Cambridge (1962–1964), Newnham College, Cambridge.
  • My father gave me this monkey when I was little.
  • Chimpanzees have close, and often complex relationships with other chimps and among groups of chimps, this is only one of my findings out here in Tanzania.
  • Chimps are very smart they use tools.
  • My biggest contribution is finding that humans and monkeys have a lot in common like using tools for getting things we need. Scientists believe that chimps are vegetarians but I saw them watching and killing animals such as birds.
  • I love these Monkeys.
  • I think I should give you monkeys a name.
  • Instead of giving them a number like monkey 1 she gave them human names because she thought they had different personalities..
  • I am trying to help the Chimpanzees can you help me?
  • She made a book and made an institution so you can donate and save the Chimpanzees, you can also run to save them.
  • Its my wedding day!
  • She got married to Baron Hugo van Lawick  and then Derek Bryceson. Jane Goodall is still living and is 83 years old.
