A little later on, in September of 1956, when King had already been freed from prison, his house was bombed. At the time of the bombing, he was not home but his family was. Thankfully, everybody got out unharmed and safe.

It was very close. Blacks and whites were going back and forth and back again, and forth again.
Eventually the arguments came to an end and the decision was made that black people would from then on, have equal rights as white people.
