If Macbeth becomes the king, then I'll be the queen
The three witches meet Macbeth and Banquo. They tell Macbeth he will become Thane of Cawdor and then he will become the king.Macbeth then became Thane of Cawdor as the previous one was executed. Macbeth tells her wife, Lady Macbeth what the witches said.
Lady Macbeth plans for Macbeth to kill King Duncan so Macbeth will become king. She force Macbeth to kill King Duncan and become the king because she wants to be the queen.
Macbeth invites Duncan to dine in his castle. He gets Duncan servants to drunk enough that they will not remember the evening and blame them for the murder. He quickly kill Duncan and becomes king. All the while, Duncan's son flee to the country, afraid for their own lives.
Macbeth is worried that his Banquo's heirs will seize the throne so he send murderers to kill Banquo and his son Fleance. Banquo is dead, but Fleance escapes.
Banquo's ghost appears to Macbeth and sends him into hysteria. To ease his fear,he visited the witches again and the witches tell him to beware of Macduff, an opponent to Macbeth taking the throne
He returns home and finds that Macduff has fled toEngland to join Malcom, one of Duncan's son. Macbeth seized Macduff's castle and orders the murder of his wife and children, making Macduff furious.
