Storyboard Text

  • Rome hears of Juliet's death and rushes to the Capulet vault to avenge her.
  • O Juliet! My love, my wife, I shall see you and love you until the end of time.
  • Act 5, Scene 5
  • Romeo finds Juliet "dead". He realizes that the only way he can be with her is if he dies.
  • "O my love, my wife! Death, that hath sucked the honey of thy breath, Hath had no power yet upon thy beauty"
  • Romeo kills Paris after Paris refuses to let him die in peace with his true love.
  • I have caught you! Stay away from the body. You must die.
  • Yes, that's what I came here to do! Let me die in peace.
  • I refuse your request. Let's fight!
  • Romeo decrees his eternal love for Juliet and he drinks poison. He dies so he can remain with Juliet for eternity.
  • "Come, bitter conduct, come, unsavoury guide. Thou desperate pilot, now at once run on the dashing rocks thy seasick, weary bark. Here’s to my love! (drinks the poison) O true apothecary, thy drugs are quick."
  • Juliet wakes from her sleep only to find Romeo and Paris dead. She tries to kiss the poison off of Romeo's lips.
  • My dearest love has died. I must kill myself to be with him.
  • The poison does not kill Juliet, so she impales herself with Romeo's dagger. Romeo, Juliet, and Paris are dead.
