Well... enzymes can be chaged by catalysts because they speed up the chemical reactions
How do enzymes increase their rate of a biochemical reaction?
The lower the activation energy is in an enzyme the faster the rate
Like when you place Mentos in a Coke bottle it has a fast chemical reaction
Why do enzymes have a structure operate at a certain temperatures?
Because as the temperature rises the enzymes change
As the temperature increases, so does the kinetic energy of the reactents.
Think of it Enzymes are like lego bricks the need other pieces to combine with each other to create enzymes and that usally happens under certain temperatures.
