-Hygiene; shower daily, use deodorant/ body spray, brush your teeth twice a day, wash your hair, etc. You have to make sure to do these things because it boosts your self-esteem and as your growing older its key to stay up with a weekly plan for your hygiene. Going through puberty you can start to produce acne or pimples on your face, I recommend washing your face every night before bed and use cleanser/ moisturizer. - Maintain a healthy diet and snack on healthy foods and occasional junk food. Make sure to have enough water, around 2 liters daily. - Get enough sleep every night, approximately 7-9 hours to have full concentration at school or work.
It’s always good to keep close relationships with family and friends because they support you through tough times and your best times. Having close relationships is important because it increases your sense of belonging and purpose, reduces your stress, increases your positivity and laughter, and help you cope with traumas and hard times. To maintain these relationships you have to make time to see them/ stay in touch, be kind at every opportunity, trust them, respect their privacy, and be kind rather than right.
As an Adoselance you have to make the most of every moment because time can go very fast while you having fun. During your teen years, you will get your drive, work, travel, move out, etc, which will pile up more responsibilities which can, for some people, can cause stress and can restrain you from the things you did when you were younger. If you can I recommend trying to capture every moment in a photo so you can look back and have a laugh
