The details of the request can be saved in 'My Purchase Requests' . The status is shown to specify whether the request has been approved or not. It also gives an option to edit or delete the request if needed.
After Sarah helps Callum create a shopping request to ABC using the online system, she suggests him to use the new system rather than having to ring the company frequently.
