Even before the deed is done Macbeth's mind plays games on his by showing him the dagger he will use to kill the King. He hallucinates knowing hes doing something bad.
"Hang those that talk of fear. Give me mine armor." (Shakespear 64)
"Tis not needed yet." (Shakespear 64)
As Macbeth returns to tell Lady Macbeth that he has done the murder, he wishes to say Amen. After what Macbeth has done, he no longer has the blessings to say "Amen", which will drive him crazy.
"She would have died hereafter. There would have been a time for such a word." (Shakespear 67)
"The queen, my lord, is dead." (Shakespear 67)
Macbeth has lost it now that hes willing to have one of his good friends killed. To the point he will fake his own emotions, so people will believe him. He calls in three murdered to come and do his dirty business for him.
"But get thee back. My soul is too much charged with blood of thine already." (Shakespear 70)
"I have no words." (Shakespear 70)
Macbeth orders his Seton to kill anyone spreading fear. Macbeth has gone crazy that he does not want fear to be spread around. Macbeth is now the one who is willing to do anything to stop anyone who comes his way.
Here Macbeth is so broken that he has no emotion on his wife dying. He is now careless. In the beginning he was the one who loved and appreciated her now he has no heart for her.
Macbeth confessed out to Macduff that he was the one who killed his family. He had no regrets doing. Macbeth knows that Macduff is the only one who call kill. Macduff explains how he will use his sword to end him.
