- Howerever when UN inspectors were sent to Iraq to monitor the dismantling and destruction of these weapons the Iraqis ordered them to leave in 1998.Suspicions of development of mass destruction weapons came back in 2002 and when the UN inspectors came back the Iraq leader refused to cooperate. The Us president of that time George W. Bush argued that Hussein (Iraqi leader) could be close to completing the development of a powerful weapon to use against the United States or any of its allies.

- in March of 2003, President Bush ordered the American troops to invade a Iraq, Troops from Britian and other countries helped as support to the attack. And after 4 weeks of battle (1 month) the Iraqi governemnt fell. The Iraqis were annoyed by the pressence of foreign troops on their land and decided to fight against the American Soldiers. When the conflict finally ended in 2011, thousand of uncounted Iraqis and approcimately 4, 486 American soldiers had deceased, at the end no Weapons of mass destruction were identified or found
- But now let's see the chaos in Somalia. It started in 1969 when Mohamed Siad Barre took over as the dictator of Somalia.
- During the 70s, Barre signed agreements to take control of banks and other properties from somalian citizens, he started killing politicians opposed to him, and increased the military's size.
- The chaos of Somalia ended in 1991, when Barre was forced to move out of Somalia as clans made up by citizens defeated the military
