Siddhartha Gautama Shaktamui was born a prince in a palace and his father was king of a magnificent palace.
His father went to a wise man who predicted that his son would either become a strong leader or a teacher of the truth, but his father wanted him to become a strong leader like him, so he kept him in the palace away from the world!
Then one day Siddhartha became curious about the world outside the walls. He snuck out on horse back through the village. During his journey he saw a sick man, an old man and a dead man! He was shocked at what he had seen!
He abandoned his life of a prince and became a monk, he cut his hair and spent his time searching for spiritual entitlement.
After years of living a poor man he did not have any answers. Then one day he sat under Bodhi a tree and started meditating until he found what he was looking for.
After many years, he found the truth, and achieved Enlightenment.
