  • Delegates from all 13 colonies went to the Continental Congress. It was held in Philadelphia, on 1774. It was also called the Philadelphia congress.
  • The Battle Of New York was also known as the Battle Of Long Island. It was between the Continental Army, and the British. At the end the British won, and took New York. This happened in 1776.
  • Bunker Hill was a great help in the Battle Of Bunker Hill. Because the Americans had cover and had the high ground. The hill is in Boston, and was in 1775. This was between America and Britain. And the British won at the end. Because the Americans had to surrender. 
  • Valley Forge was a military camp, for the Continental Army. And is located in Pennsylvania. The camp was commanded by general George Washington. The camp was used in 1777-1778.
  • In the 2nd Continental Congress, delegates from the 13 colonies came. This meeting was also held in Philadelphia in 1774. And was succeeded by the 1st Continental Congress.
  • The Battles Of Lexington And Concord was in 1775. And was located in Massachusetts. And was between America and Britain. And the Americans won. Because the British surrendered.
