  • Minor Parties are parties that are not a part of a Major Parties. Minor parties are the parties that do not have as many supporters as the Major parties.
  • Minor parties are significant because they can be used as a "spoiler role" by being able to sway who wins the election by picking a major party"s side. Minor parties also bring up issues that major parties do not want to cover. They also are innovators in their ideas ,but many of the time major parties take the ideas for themselves. 
  • Ideological Party This is and ideological party because itis a gathering based on the belief of communism.
  • Everybody should be the same social class.
  • Communist Gathering
  • Single-issue parties: This is a single issue party because they are focusing on one public-policy matter.
  • We should abolish taxes.
  • Abolishing Taxes
  • Economic Protest Parties: This group is protesting for lower tariffs.
  • We need lower taxes.
  • Splinter Parties: This is an example of a splinter party because it split away from the democratic party.
  • Lets split from the democratic party and make our own.
