Many small offices are clustered in our building. Each work station has a filing cabinet to organize or client paperwork, an office chair, and a large computer that runs off of the solar panels on top of our building.
Our main office is located in Crown Center Kansas City because it is in the center of our rental properties and has great street exposure to advertise our business from the street.
Our waiting room, which is right next to our front door, gives off a cozy home-like vibe. Our intentions with the waiting room are that if they feel like a home, then our customers will be more likely to rent from us.
The Crown Center fountains are located right in front of our building. This means that we have a great curbside appeal, making our company look high end. Also many tourists are attracted to these fountains making it perfect for marketing.
Our meeting room is where we discuss finances and payments with our clients and have CEO meetings. The hard woods are made from reclaimed barn wood, furthering our eviornmentally friendly theme of our office building, along with all the floors in our houses.
Our property has over 45 large windows that let in natural sunlight. During the day, this allows us to keep the lights off, reducing our carbon footprint by over 80%.
