Calpurnia, Caesar's wife has a dream where Caesar is sprouting blood from several wounds. She tells him not to go to the senate that day however Caesar thinks it will make him look weak.
Caesar is on his way to the senate along with the conspirators
One conspirator goes onto his knees and asks Caesar to bring back his brother who had been banished. Caesar refuses.
Brutus and the other conspirators turn to crowd around Caesar. One after the other, they stab him, finishing with Brutus. Caesar says, " Es tu, Brute" which translates to "Even you, Brutus".
Mark Antony asks Brutus' permission to speak at Caesar's funeral. Brutus says yes, not knowing that it is a big mistake. The crowd go wild for Brutus' speech, however when Antony speaks, he reminds them how much Caesar did for them. Then he shows them Caesar's cloak with bloody stains in it. The people of Rome decide to burn the conspirators' houses. Brutus and Cassius flee.
Three people take over in Rome. Mark Antony, Caesars Nephew Octavius, and Lepidus.
