A monarch, or monarchy, is a form of government ruled by a royal family. Monarchs are chosen through the family bloodline, and in modern days, they usually share the power with other forms of government.
In an anarchy, there is no ultimate power or form of government. Everyone looks out for themselves and in a way, everyone has the power.
