Poor quality of sleep affects my daily life because the less sleep I get the more tired and grumpy I am during the day
My main sleep thief is electronics. Im up real late on my phone or computer.
A possible solution to this sleep thief is to charge the phone and computer in a different room at night.
Eliminating this sleep thief from my life would make me have a better attitude and be more active during the day.
Now I can start to get much more sleep and be more active during the day which helps me with sports and improve focus in school
