Many breast cancer patients experience depression and anxiety,
Some risk factors of breast cancer are uncontrollable, like family or personal history, sex, age, or race.
Other factors, like an unhealthy diet, not enough exercise, and drinking too much or smoking, can be controlled to reduce risk.
However, you can protect yourself by keeping a healthy weight, diet, and exercise schedule, not smoking, and keeping your stress or anxiety level low.
