  • Hmm for real?
  • This disease can have drastic consequences on a person.
  • You cannot control some risk factors that can increase the chances of getting heart disease.
  • Heart Disease is the narrowing or blocking of blood vessels. This can lead to heart attacks. About 610,000 people die of Heart Disease yearly. Some symptoms include chest pains, shortness in breath, weakness in legs and arms, and pains in the neck, throat or back.
  • What're some things I can control?
  • There are many things you can control.
  • 47% of Americans suffer from 1/3 of the symptoms of heart disease.
  • How so?
  • There are many ways that you can prevent heart disease.
  • These factors are age, sex, and family history.
  • Commit to be fit, just for the health of it
  • Some controllable factors are smoking, drinking, diabetes and sodium in take.
  • By not smoking, watch your sodium in take and watch your weight, and get plenty of exercise, you can prevent heart disease.
