Storyboard Text

  • Act IV Scene V Line 9
  • Act IV Scene I Lines 45-46
  • Act IV Scene V Lines 38-40
  • The Nurse enters Juliet's room to wake her for her wedding. This is before she knows she is "dead". This is an example of dramatic irony
  • Act IV Scene I Lines 78-89
  • These lines are the first lines after Paris left the church and Juliet expresses her feelings of being scared and begging for help
  • Act II Scene II Lines 127
  • In these lines Lord Capulet talks as if death has married Juliet and it is now his Son in Law. This is an example personification b/c he gave death human like traits
  • Act IV Scene V Lines 65-83
  • Juliet is scared that she doesn't know what this poison is going to do to her but she loves Romeo enough and can not marry Paris.
  • I blame Romeo because he as a tragic flaw of jumping into things so fast. He met Juliet for the first time ever at a party and later that night he already asked for her hand in marriage
  • I noticed a key piece of dramatic irony from Father Lawrence when he gave a soliloquy about how Juliet is up in heaven even though he knows shes not dead
