  • THE BATTLE OF GONZALES  OF OCT. 2, 1835 The mexicans wanted the canyon from the citizens of Gonzales. They held a flag and it said come and take it.
  • The Battle of Gonzales October 2, 1835 
  • COME AND TAKE IT!!!
  • The Consultation Nov. 4, 1835 Delegates gathered at San Felipe to decide what actions Texans should be taken. It was adopted the Declaration of independence.
  • HEAL OUR DAD!
  • The Battle of The Alamo Dec. 5, 1835 Known as Misión San Antonio de Valero, the attack lasted for 5 days between Mexico and Texas. On the 5th Texans launched another attack and that is how the battle of the Alamo 
  • Battle of Coleto March 14, 1835 Fannin went to the prairie in Coleto Creek, his men surrounded the Texans. The next day he surrounded his own men and sent them to Goliad
  • Let's stay here and wait for the Mexicans
  • Battle of San Jacinto April 21, 1836 On the 20th a Skirmish started and then that started a random battle
  • ATTACK!
  • Texas Declares Independence Once the battle of the Alamo ended Texas declared its own independence free from Mexico to become a separate state. That is when The Declaration of Independence 
  • Remeber the Alamo!
