  • Ancient Egyptians were polytheistic meaning they believed in many gods like us.
  • Pharaohs and wealthy people like me were mummified in a 70 day process.
  • Every day things and objects were put with us. It was believed we would use it in the afterlife.
  • In ancient Egypt, men wore linen wraps around their waists and women wore loose sleeveless dresses.
  • At a certain time, a flood would take place.
  • But that flood left silt behind that was great for growing crops.
  • There were many passage ways that confused robbers when they robbed the treasures buried with the mummies
  • Egypt was and still known for their pyramids where they buried their pharaohs.
