Daedalus and Icarus, both father and son trapped in a tower. Being watched over by King Minos, a man who ruled land and see in the island on Crete.
Climax
The father and son both are imprisoned in in a prison tower, since King Minos rules that island the ingenious Daedalus has to come up with a way to get out. Even though Daedalus can come up with an idea he will have to work with what he can get around the prison which may cause their escape to me a challenge.
Falling Action
Daedalus comes up with an idea to create wings to escape using wax and bird feathers from the seaguls that fly past the tower. Daedalus begins to teach Icarus how to fly and use the wings with a warning. He warns Icarus to not fly too high as the wax will become soft and melt because of the wings, not supporting the wings.
Resolution
Icarus being the foolish boy he was does not take his fathers instructions and flys too high to the sun. His wings begin to malfunction as the wax melts and feathers begin to fly off making him fall from the sky. Daedalus notices and is crazed by anxiety so he tries to reach for his son, "Icarus! Icarus my son where are you?" he says.
As Icarus wings fall apart and he looses control he begins to plunge through clouds, it starts to look like Icarus life is in danger . He plunges into the sea and and Daedalus flys down to try to save his sun but it might just be too late.
It results that its too late and Icarus plunges into the sea to his own death. Weeping bitterly , Daedalus picks up the lifeless corpse of his own son and buries it. In memory of his dead son Daedalus names the island his son died on "Icaria".
