  • After the war with the British & the French, the British were in a large amount of dept. This war took place in the North American region. This war took place in 1754-1763. The british then took control of the 13 colonies in order to tax those whom lived there in order to pay their dept (bounce back).
  • THE PROTESTS
  • LAST ONE! THIS OUTTA TEACH EM A LESON!!!
  • The British started to make many laws to be sure the colonies were under their control. They made laws like Prloclamation of 1763 and the Sugar Act of 1764. They knew this was the only way to do so. The clonies were against these british choices.
  • THE REVOLUTIONARY WAR
  • ME: "WOWZERS!"
  • Now we come down to the important groups. These groups conclude of the Commities of Correspondance and the Sons and Daughters of Liberty. Both of these groups played very strong roles to the colonies. The Comitties Of Correspondance was a group of protesters who believed they sha'll let the other colonists be aware of the British ways of wrong. The Sons and Daughters of Liberty however played 2 different roles in the end. The sons were mainly doing all the violent protests while the Daughters Of Liberty were doing the non violent protests like boycotting. However the Sons were those in charge of the Boston Tea Party,1773.

  • The Colonists all throughout the colonies started to do peacefull and non-peacefull protests.  They did so by basically spreading the word all throughout the colonies. The colonies started to get really fed up with the crap from the british. They started the First and Second Continental Congress. There was also a time know as the Boston Massacre,1770. This was the result of a violent protest gone wrong. This is an example of the Boston Tea Party,1773 which didnt necessarily go wrong.

  • April 19, 1775 was the day the revolutionary war began. The British troops were being sneaky and trying to make a drop/pick-up on the USA. The british troops marched into towns in Lexington and in Massechusetts. The Americans fired at the intruding troops and opened fire on them all. All together the Americans swarmed them and forced them back into Boston. This was the start of what is known today as the Revolutionary War.
  • The Revolutionary War Full Movie Apr 19, 1775 – Sep 3, 1783
  • As you should know, prior to this war was the start of one of the most important documents known to the USA today, The Declaration of Independance. A few weeks after the start of the Revolutionary War, The Second Continental Congress met up in Philadelphia. What went down on this day was the congress members decided that it was time for them to resist british control. The Continental Army was then formed and George Washington was selected to lead the troops into battle. A year prior to that was the day the Congress called upon a committee to draft the Declaration Of Independance. The reasoning behind this draft was reasoning behind this document was for the Colonist to express why they felt it was necessary to free themselves from the British rules
