- No, all rocks are not the same! There are three main types. or classes, of rock are sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous and the differences among them have to do with how they are formed. Lets come with me to another place.

- Yes sure. The Sedimentary rocks are formed from particles of sand, shells, pebbles, and other fragment of material. Let's go to another place it is so cold in here.

- Metamorphic rocks are formed under the surface of the earth from the metamorphosis (change) that occur due to intense heat and pressure (squeezing).
