Storyboard Text

  • We don't want another war to arise because this last one was very expensive for us to pay for and we don't want more conflict with the Natives. We discourage you to settle in that land. The movement westward would also  stretch British administrative resources thin.
  • The French and Indian war has ended! The colonies and Britain have won the war.
  • We can finally move across the Appalachia now and start new colonies
  • and wars easily with the Natives therefore, we have now established the Proclamation of 1763. This prohibits you to settle on the other side of the Appalachians.
  • Not so fast colonists! We have seen that you can not handle the freedom of us not watching over you and have noticed that you get into fights
  • But we have fought for this land and deserve the right to move there like we had agreed on. We had agreed that if we won the war we could settle in those regions!
  • We don't want another war to arise because this last one was very expensive for us to pay for and we don't want more conflict with the Natives. We discourage you to settle in that land. The movement westward would also  stretch British administrative resources thin.
  • We are going to settle here anyways because we believe that we have earned it by fighting and winning the war. This is also out of rebellion for your unfair laws and agreements.
