  • Chapter3-The Interpreting
  • I think the criminal is using propaganda to promote his fake news. He is using highly biased information to persuade the public. Similar to advertising.
  • But, how?
  • Propaganda Techniques
  • They are using incorrect information to make others agree to their idea. Some propaganda techniques I saw were the bandwagon appeal, faulty analogy and hasty generalizations. For advertisement, they might include slogans and flyers. These ways made people want to think towards their idea.
  • And this is important because people may get mislead by the incorrect info.
  • Determination
  • Correct! Now that we understand how the criminal is is spreading his fake news, lets try to let others know that they are being fooled!!
  • Fake News about superheroes are spreading rapidly, and this is causing conflicts.
  • Chapter 4-The Concluding
  • I have sent the notice about the fake news and fooling propaganda. Also that no one should follow it.
  •  The team is discussing examples and the importance of propaganda.
  • Fake news
  • Fake news is information that is incorrect but stated as correct. Examples of fake news can come in the internet, social media and 'the news' itself. Like how the criminal said that superheroes are bad-you can't measure 'bad'. Though we are good because we help save the world. Fake news makes people think wrongly about something.
  • Mr. Superhero and his friends are determined to stop the problem.
  • The Ending
  • I found out that the criminal is using our wifi!
  • YES! Because I am the CRIMINAL!
  • After dealing with the public, Ms. Sidekick asks about fake news.
  • I just have one question. I don't know exactly what fake news is.
  • Great!
  • The team learns about fake news and how it is important.
  • And this is important because then people will believe incorrect info.
  • In the end they all learn a lesson and finds out Mr. Superhero was the criminal.
  • To teach you all a lesson. You guys need to practice on you social studies skills more.
  • BUT WHY!!
