  • Simon and his younger sister, Ellen, are left alone on their own island and beach house while there parents go to Victoria for the day. SImon wants to break his parent's rules and do whatever he wants while his sister Ellen wants to stay more on her innocent side and follow them. 
  • Falling Action
  • Just as Simon and Ellen get their day started, Simon notices a stranger's tent near the house and alot of trees 
  • Resolution
  • A storm hits the island which prevents Simon and Ellen's parents coming back
  • Theme
  • The stranger leads Simon and Ellen to treasure, a reason why he had been stranded on the island.   
  • After the storm has let out the parents return safely, the stranger is now a friend. Parents have given the stranger ability to live with them.
  • Sometimes people lead to great treasures.
