Those symptoms you were experiencing such as burning pain in your stomach, nausea, vomiting, and feeling of fullness in your upper abdomen are all common symptoms of gastritis.
There's nothing to be worried about. Gastritis can be easily treated. We're going to prescribe a medication to reduce acid production and neutralize the acid in your stomach to let it heal.
How do I get rid of it? Should I be worried?
The pH of our stomach is very low as there is hydrochloric acid produced there. Since the stomach lining becomes inflamed with gastritis, it isn't able to safely defend itself from this harmful acid. This is why we're going to use anti-acids to help heal it.
Here is your prescription to balance your acid and if your symptoms continue, make sure to come back. It's possible for gastritis to also be caused by a bacteria or other health issues and in that case we'll run some more tests to figure it out (ex. endoscopy).
