Storyboard Text

  • A man accompanied by his dog try to cross North America
  • Here it is getting very cold
  • Let's go
  • The man is accompanied by his dog through this cold, but even though the dog can handle the cold it is depressed doing this. The man wants to get to another camp, so he starts at 9:00 am and expects to get there by 6:00 pm.
  • No! Snow fell on the fire.
  • While traveling through the snow the man realizes that he has never experienced the temperature this low. Also he knows that he has to be careful for traps of ice that he can fall into.
  • I won't last longer.
  • The man and the dog continue walking, but even though the man and dog walk together, they don't have a relationship.
  • WOOF! WOOF!
  • While the man had a fire going, the worst thing happened, snow from the tree above fell on the fire. The man tried to build another fire, but was unable to. Realizing that he was in trouble he tried lighting another one, but couldn't. So he rubbed the matches on his leg, but after feeling the burn, dropped them in the snow.
  • The man begins to become afraid, knowing that he is about to die. So he starts to run trying to warm up his body. But instead he tires out because of his poor blood circulation. So he sits down to rest, knowing that he is losing the battle with the frost.
  • The idea was to move forward he learned dignity would dominate, he died, he slept in the snow and dream't he would arrive in the U.S and be with his family, friends, and his dog detected that he died, the smell of death was at his side, then he backed away, turned and went to the camp.
